Why Paraguay

A strategic market at the heart of South America.

Paraguay combines a developing premium consumer market with one of South America's most relevant cross-border retail environments.

Its geographical relationship with Brazil and Argentina creates a unique environment where local consumption, tourism and regional commerce intersect.

Methodology(03)
From entry to presence

From market entry to lasting brand presence.

  1. 01

    Market Entry

Positioning, pricing architecture and launch priorities defined together with the house before the first order.

  2. 02

    Retail Placement

Selecting the doors that fit the brand, and agreeing how it is presented in store.

  3. 03

    Training & Education

Equipping retail teams with the story, the olfactive structure and the selling arguments of each fragrance.

  4. 04

    Sampling

Structured discovery that places the right fragrance in front of the right client.

  5. 05

    Marketing & Activations

Local storytelling, content and in-store moments, consistent with the house's global identity.

  6. 06

    Sell-through Development

Following rotation by door and by reference, and adjusting support where it is needed.

  7. 07

    Long-term Growth

Building repeat clients, range depth and brand equity over years, not seasons.

Objective

Our objective is not simply to place products on shelves. It is to build demand around the brand.

Every fragrance house carries a universe. Distribution should protect it.

Positioning, storytelling and customer experience must remain coherent from the first introduction to the final sale.

Our Vision(06)

Paraguay first. Regional vision.

Paraguay is our starting point.

Our long-term ambition is to build successful distribution models capable of supporting selected fragrance houses across additional Latin American markets.

Expansion will remain selective, deliberate and partnership-driven.

Founding Portfolio(07)
Current partnership strategy

Building our founding portfolio.

Dewar Group is currently selecting a limited number of fragrance houses for its initial portfolio.
